Getting caffeine to the front lines is our priority. We process and stage all supply drops within 1-3 business days. We proudly ship to all CONUS (Continental US) locations and all APO/FPO/DPO military addresses globally.

Phase 1: Order Processing & Staging ⚙️

When you submit an order, it enters our logistics queue immediately. We do not operate on weekends or federal holidays—if you order on a Friday night, the payload sits in the armory until Monday morning.

Operational Phase	Timeline	Action Details
Intel Received	0-24 Hours	Your order is verified, and payment is processed.
Payload Staging	1-3 Business Days	Your tubes, pods, or gear are packed, sealed, and labeled in our facility.
Deployment	Day 3 or 4	The package is handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS) and a tracking number is transmitted to your email.

Phase 2: Domestic Routing (CONUS) 🇺🇸

For orders shipping within the 50 United States, we utilize standard commercial carriers to execute the drop. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your gear and your coordinates.

Expedited QRF Drop	2-3 Business Days	Premium routing for when you are going to the field next week and need caffeine immediately.

 

Phase 3: Fleet & Overseas Routing (APO/FPO/DPO) 🚢

We know that military logistics can be a nightmare, and major coffee brands often refuse to ship to military addresses. We will always ship to APO/FPO/DPO.

Routing Intel	What You Need to Know
Transit Times	Packages going to overseas bases or ships can take anywhere from 7 to 21+ days. Once it hits the military mail system in Chicago or Miami, it is out of our hands. Plan your resupply accordingly.
Customs Forms	We automatically generate and attach the required USPS customs declarations for all military mail.
Address Formatting	Ensure your unit, box number, and exact designations are perfectly accurate. A busted zip code means your coffee ends up in a logistics black hole.

 

Phase 4: Missing In Action (MIA) & Damaged Payloads 🚨

The postal service is not infallible. Sometimes packages get destroyed or misrouted.

Status	Required Action	Our Response
Delayed/Stalled	Wait 5 days past the expected delivery date.	Military and domestic mail gets rerouted. Monitor the tracker.
Officially MIA	Email ops@redlenscoffee.com with your Order Number.	If the carrier officially loses the package, we will deploy a replacement QRF drop at zero cost to you.
Damaged Gear	Take photos of the crushed box or busted tubes and email us.	We will verify the damage and push replacement hardware to your location.
Porch Pirates	Check your perimeter and with your neighbors.	If the tracker says "Delivered" but it was stolen off your porch, we are not legally liable. However, establish comms with us and we will see what we can do to help a brother out.
