RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE) FOR COMMS ⚠️

When you send a transmission to our team, follow standard radio etiquette so we can solve your problem immediately:

  1. Bottom Line Up Front: Tell us exactly what you need in the first sentence.

  2. Identify Yourself: If this is about an existing supply drop, put your Order Number (e.g., Order #1045) directly in the subject line. If we don't have your order number, we can't track your package.

  3. Include Intel: If your gear arrived broken or crushed by the postal service, attach photographic evidence to the email so we can authorize a replacement drop.

RESPONSE TIMES ⏳

We monitor the net daily, but we are not a 24/7 Tactical Operations Center (TOC).

  • Standard Response Time: 24 to 48 hours.

  • Weekends & Holidays: We observe all federal holidays and weekend liberty. Traffic sent on a Friday night will be processed at 0800 on Monday morning.
